A big thank you to the editors of Outlook for letting us publish our news in this great community magazine.

So who are we?

We are the Parent Teacher Association at Mellor Primary School and have the simple aim of raising funds for the school. As the smallest primary school in Stockport region every penny we raise is so important and makes a real diffence to school life. We believe that the key to our success is the relationship between our primary school and the Mellor community and that’s why we want to give you monthly updates on what we are planning and how you may be able to help us.

Coming up for February and March:

Quiz and Curry Night - Saturday 27th February - 7.30pm –10.30pm

An informal quiz night with fun being our biggest priority! If you fancy your chances or would just like a cheap, entertaining night out please phone Sara on 427 8177 or call into the School Office. Tickets £7.50.

Car Wash - Sunday 7th March - 10.00am - 1.00pm

If you think a school charity car wash is a few dads with some buckets of water and a couple of muddy sponges, think again! Thanks to Dave Myers and his team of dads, our car wash is a professional production line - sponge, brush, jet wash, chamois. We also treat you to home made brownies and cookies too - what more can we say?
